How AI Can Book Meetings While You Sleep
How AI Can Book Meetings While You Sleep We need to talk about one of the biggest time-wasters in business; back-and-forth scheduling. You know the drill: “Does Tuesday at 3 work?” “No, what about Thursday at 10?” “Actually, can we do next week instead?” By the time you finally lock in a meeting, you’ve burned 15 emails and at least two brain cells. But what if I told you AI can handle…

The 2021 LTSC is available in the plain vanilla version, Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021, with end of mainstream support scheduled January 12, 2027, and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021, with an extended end date of January 13, 2032. They are not quite the same as the ordinary consumer editions of Windows 10. They don't include the Windows Store or any "modern" apps. Apart from the Edge browser, they have almost nothing else: no OneDrive, no Weather or Contacts apps, and no Windows Mail or whatever it's called this week.
...no OneDrive, Copilot AI, or all of the other useless crapware cluttering up the Start menu? AND patches/support through 2032??
Don't threaten me with a good time, Microsoft.

Patient appointment management efficiency
In today’s fast-paced healthcare environment, managing appointments efficiently is crucial for both patient care and operational success.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 A large dermatology clinic struggled with a high rate of patient no-shows, significantly impacting their revenue and operational efficiency. Despite sending email reminders and making phone calls, the clinic was unable to reduce the no-show rate effectively.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
The clinic decided to implement 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐨𝐧𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚'𝐬 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐞 solution, a powerful tool designed to manage appointments through automated text messaging. The goal was to reduce no-shows by making it easier for patients to remember and manage their appointments.
𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
1. 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑳𝒊𝒏𝒌𝒔: For patients who missed their appointments, SimpleChime sent an automated text with a link to an online scheduling portal, making it easy for them to rebook. 2. 𝑾𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒕 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕: SimpleChime automatically sends bulk messages to waitlisted patients when a patient cancels, quickly filling the slot. 3. 𝑩𝒖𝒍𝒌 𝑴𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒔: Allowing an ability to bulk messages saves time and reduces administrative overhead, allowing staff to focus on delivering excellent care.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬
After implementing SimpleChime, the clinic saw a remarkable improvement in their appointment management:
- 𝑵𝒐-𝑺𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝑹𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝑹𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: The no-show rate dropped by 40% within the first three months. - 𝑰𝒏𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝑹𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒏𝒖𝒆: By filling previously missed appointments, the clinic saw a significant increase in revenue. - 𝑬𝒏𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒅 𝑷𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆: Patients appreciated the convenience of managing their appointments via text messages and the ease of rescheduling missed appointments.
𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐨𝐧𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚'𝐬 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 proved to be a game-changer for the dermatology clinic. By leveraging automated text messaging, the clinic was able to reduce no-shows, fill cancelled slots efficiently, and ultimately increase its revenue.
If you are a healthcare provider concerned about no-shows affecting your practice, contact FalkonData to learn how SimpleChime can help you manage appointments more effectively.

ARTISTS WANTED!
We’re making a super gay super inclusive TAROT DECK!!! We want every card to be in a fantasy world and featuring at least one LGBT person. We’re looking for up to 78 artists, potentially one artist per card, but we may choose to have some artists do up to 2 cards.
Applications open October 10th at 1pm Eastern time and will remain open until October 13th at noon eastern OR we reach an application cap of 1000 entries.
Apps will be open for 24 hours minimum.
The application will NOT be available until that date - we will post it here, instagram (nova_mali), bluesky, and tumblr (novaandmali). Please be sure to set an alarm and get your application in ASAP - we will not be able to take any applications through email, dms, or after they close.
A tentative schedule:
Results emailed to EVERYONE on October 15th.
Sketch due Nov 31
Finals due Jan 15
Kickstarter running Jan 1-31
We are looking for up to 78 artists (who MUST be 18+ years old by October 15th) to join us to create a piece of digital art and/or merch. Traditional art is also accepted if scanned or photographed at a professional level.
We're looking specifically to increase the diversity of our artists, both in regards to race and gender - we want to be including all kinds of voices. Same thing with our art - we're looking to increase the variety of cultures, body types, and disabilities represented.
This is a PAID job. We’ve paid in the range of 200-300 for similar projects in the past, based on a set contract amount plus anything left over after production and shipping, split between everyone. Example: $150 in the contract and $100 extra per artist share. The additional amount will depend on how successful the Kickstarter campaign is.
Your app will ask you what you’re thinking about creating. This is not a final answer but we want to know what vibe, what era, etc what you’re thinking about. You’ll get the option to pick 2 suits you’re interested in working in, and 1-2 cards you very much do not want to illustrate.
The application will include things like: a link to your portfolio (instagram and twitter are NOT accepted as a portfolio) and if you are interested in designing any merch as well.
We also ask for a short artist bio: think twitter style - short and sweet. Please don’t talk down about yourself or your skills - talk yourself up! Make me excited to see your art!!
Reminder about our applications: PLEASE do not submit porn or gore in your highlight art. Blood and nudity are ok, porn and gore please no.
Hopefully it goes without saying but we do not accept NFT art or AI generated art.
About us: we’re two non-binary lesbians who really love cats and gay art. We’ve enjoyed our work as a queer publishing house and can’t wait to do more! We’ve completed 9 projects including tarot cards and books! Some of our previous works include classics but make it gay, And They Were Monsters, and Cover Me Queer.
Check out our work at www.novaandmali.com .

whether the internet becomes an intolerable surveillance state, ubiquitous subscription model, or unusably ad- or AI-ridden shithole, I think we need to remember
how to do things offline
either on your personal hard drive (just because it’s an app doesn’t mean the information is stored in your device) or on paper. I’m not saying the collapse of the internet is imminent, and I’m not suggesting we do everything completely without technology, or even stop using it until we have to. (to be clear, I also don’t think the internet will just blink out of existence, suddenly stop being a thing at all; rather I think it might continue to lose its usefulness to the point where it’s impossible to get anything done. anyway) but some people may have forgotten how we got by before the internet (I almost have!), and the younger generation might not have experienced it at all.
I figure most people probably use the internet mainly for communication with friends and family, entertainment and creation (eg. writing), and looking up how to do things, so here’s how to do those things offline:
First and most importantly, download everything important to you onto at least one hard drive and at least one flashdrive! files can get corrupted and hardware can get damaged or lost, but as long as you keep backup copies, you have much-closer-to-guaranteed access versus hoping a business doesn’t decide to paywall, purge, or otherwise revoke your access. I would recommend getting irreplaceable photos printed as well
download and/or print/write down:
anything important to you - photos/videos, journals, certificates, college transcripts
contact info - phone numbers and/or addresses of friends/family (know how to contact them if you can’t use your favourite messaging app), doctors (open hours would be good too), veterinarians if you have pets, and work
how-to’s - recipes (one, two), emergency preparedness (what do I do if… eg. I smell gas)
other things you might google: cleaning chemicals to NOT mix, what laundry tag symbols mean, people food dogs and cats can and can’t eat, plant toxicity to pets
and know offline ways to find things out - local radio station, newspaper, a nearby highway rest area might have a region map, public libraries usually have a bunch of resources
also, those of you who get periods should strongly consider not using period tracking apps! here’s how to track your period manually
free printable period tracker templates (no printer? public libraries usually charge a few cents per page, or you can recreate it by hand)
moving on to entertainment, you can still get most media for free! it’s completely legal to download your favourite movies to your own personal hard drive, you just can’t sell or distribute copies (not legal advice)
movies: wcostream.tv (right click the player) - the url changes every once in a while but usually redirects; I recently noticed that it’s hiding a lot of movies behind “premium,” so it may or may not work anymore | download youtube videos
music: how to get music without streaming it | legal free downloads
games: steamunlocked.net - doesn’t have every game and can be slow to update, but very reliable
books: free online libraries | legal free downloads
otherwise passing time:
active outdoor games
for road trips (social verbal games)
for when power’s out
for sheltering in place (not all offline, but good ideas)
board games (often found at thrift stores)
ad-free customisable games collection (mobile)
read, write, draw, or whatever your craft is, sing, dance, clean, reorganise, take a bath
go outside - excuses include napping (if safe), eating, reading, finding cool plants/animals/rocks, playing with the dog
places to go include:
zoos and museums can be surprisingly cheap
parks and nature preserves
library, mall, or game shop
and a few miscellaneous things for good measure:
time budgeting | household management
how to use a planner | I’ve had success with visually blocked-out schedules like these
please add on if you have any other offline alternatives to common uses of the internet!

How to Actually Learn a Language (Without Wasting Time)
Polyglots will do anything to sell you something, so here’s the fastest and most basic technique based on my research.
—
Step 1 – Getting the Absolute Basics In
This is where most people already get lost. If you search social media for how to start, the advice isn’t necessarily bad, but it often makes you dependent on a single resource, usually an app that will eventually try to charge you. Duolingo, for example, has turned into a mega-corporation that perfected gamification to keep you on the app.
Remember: free apps make money by keeping you on their platform, not by helping you become fluent.
At this stage, the goal is not to gain conversational skills but to avoid overwhelming yourself and get a feel for what you’re actually getting into. All my recommended resources are free because I believe learning a language should be a basic right. I wouldn’t advise spending any money until you’re sure you’ll stick with it. Otherwise, it can turn into a toxic “but I paid for this, so I have to keep going” mindset that drains all the fun out of learning.
• Language Transfer – Highly recommended for Spanish, Arabic, Turkish, German, Greek, Italian, Swahili, and French.
• Textbooks – Simply search for [language] textbook PDF, or check LibGen and the Internet Archive. Don’t overthink which book to choose—it doesn’t matter much.
• Podcasts – Coffee Break is a solid choice for many languages.
• YouTube Channels – Join r/Learn[language] on Reddit and find recommendations.
—
Step 2 – The 20/80 Principle
The idea is that 20% of words make up 80% of everyday speech.
What you’re going to do:
Search “Most common words [language] PDF”.
This list is now your best friend
For flashcards, I highly recommend AnkiPro. It lets you import pre-made lists for Anki/Quizlet and has an archive where you’ll definitely find the most common words. But it lacks audio. The real Anki program has it, but only on PC (unless you’re willing to pay $30 for the mobile app). Use AnkiPro for now—we’ll come back to repeating phrases later. In the meantime, find a YouTube video with the most common words pronounced, or use Google Translate for audio.
(Knowt is a free alternative for Quizlet if you prefer that)
These lists will spare you from learning unnecessary vocabulary at this stage. Spaced repetition (which Anki uses) can take longer, but it’s worth it because you want these words to stick. Anki will only introduce a small number of new words per day. Once you start new words, write phrases using them. Doesn’t matter if they’re random just try to use them.
—
Step 3 – The First Breakup With the Language
This isn’t really a step, but I have to mention it. For me (and for other language learners I’ve talked to) this is where motivation crashes.
The dopamine rush is over. Your ego boost is gone. You’re stuck understanding just enough to notice how much you don’t understand, and topics are getting more complex. Everything feels overwhelming, and motivation drops.
This is normal. You have to push through it.
I’ll write a separate post on how I manage this phase, but for now:
• Take a step back and make sure you understand the basics.
• Find something that keeps you motivated.
• Consistency is key. Even if it’s just five minutes a day, do it. (Edit: You can search online for inspiration on scheduled plans. I found one that organizes language exercises into different categories based on how much time you have each day, which seems helpful. https://www.reddit.com/r/languagelearning/s/sSGUtORurM
Personally, I used AI to create a weekly plan kind of as a last resort before giving up on the language, but try looking for pre-made ones first.)
I personally enjoyed story learning during this phase. And don’t forget the frequency lists are still your best friend. For story learning check out Olly Richards books!
—
Step 4 – Immersion
Your brain needs active and passive immersion. The earlier steps were mostly active, and now you’ll start the fun part.
How to Immerse Yourself:
1. Join some kind of community.
• I enjoy Reddit/ r/lean[Language]. Do this in your target language, but also in the language you already speak. Post that you’re looking for a chat partner in your target language. The most people are nice, and the mean ones will just ghost you anyway.
2. Watch shows.
• Subtitles only in your target language or drop English subtitles ASAP.
3. Listen to podcasts.
4. Read
I personally dislike media made for kids (except on low-energy days). For real immersion, pick something for adults.
5. Translate, write, and speak.
Before this, you wrote simple sentences using vocabulary. Now, put them to work:
• Translate texts.
• Keep a diary.
• Write short stories.
• Complain about the language in the language.
It doesn’t matter, just use it.
—
Step 5 – Speaking
Start speaking earlier than you think you’re ready. Trust me. This is probably where most people disagree with me. I do think you should start by focusing on input, but the importance of output isn’t talked about enough.
Now, the real Anki (or any program with phrases + audio) comes into play. At lower levels, it doesn’t make sense to just start talking, since you wouldn’t even be able to recognize your mistakes. Here’s what you’ll do:
1. Repeat phrases out loud.
2. Record yourself speaking.
3. Compare your recording to the original audio and adjust your pronunciation.
If it’s a tonal language (or if you struggle with accents), start this even earlier.
Other Speaking Strategies:
• Shadowing – Repeat after native speakers.
• Reading aloud – Your own texts, books, anything.
• Talking to yourself.
• Talking to natives (if you’re brave).
I’m not here to fix social anxiety, but I am here to help with language learning, so just speak.
—
Final Thoughts
• These steps overlap, and that’s fine.
• This is supposed to be fun. Learning just because you’re “too deep in” or because of school won’t cut it.
• If you’re lost, take a step back.
• I’m not a professional. I just think a straight answer is way too hard to find.
—
If you have anything to add, feel free to share.

After a long while of reuploading posts and not really being online a whole lot I finally can kinda come forward with a few things and new art-think of this as kind of a reboot after a pretty long "break".
First of all, thanks for 3,500 followers! Originally this new art was for 3,000 (nearing 3,500) followers, but while I was working on it I zoomed past 3,500. So thank you all for your support and art for 4,000 followers will happen if I reach such a goal in the future.
I wanted to compile all my follower celebration art together for this-and the newest art is based off my heavy usage of pencil brushes for my current college semester (So no, this style won't come back unless I want to use it as color/shading for my actual style which has evolved a tad but stayed the same overall).
And now that that's over an explanation for all the hectic stuff that has happened and why this blog did what it did below since I feel an explanation is owed, as well as what will occur in the future:
I believe around the very start of 2024, the whole AI fiasco happened within Tumblr, which was also in-between the realization that my childhood was not normal and instead something I don't wish upon anyone plus me finally getting a schizoaffecitve disorder diagnosis. So all these things kinda coming together was the nail in the coffin and I overreacted by scrubbing my tumblr of everything, originally not wanting to repost and instead move stuff to other more safer sites. But instead I chose to use AI poisoning materials to bring my art back at the unfortunate price of the art quality. If I was in a better headspace I would have left the art as it was and maybe just took an extended break. So I apologize for all the wait and craziness.
Now I'm aware there's still a lot of old art that has not been reposted, and they will not be or they are being saved for reposting next year for specific dates. If there is art that has not been reposted you would like to have reposted, please leave an ask in my askbox and I will respond to the ask with the art in question.
What will be in store for the future? I have about a year and a half of college left, meaning this account has a year and a half of being the main focus of me account-wise. There are many projects that need finished, including Birth of a Wish, Revenge of Pike Knight, and multiple other comics that are wips sitting in my procreate app. These comics will be worked on over the time left, as well as a second (for fun) AU in the process of being made and whatever else fanart I wish to make, Kirby or otherwise. These piece will NOT be posted on a real schedule, I will upload them when they are ready. This blog is and was for fun and so I will not force myself to crunch. The only part of it I will have a schedule for is commissions for obvious reasons.
While I will try and interact with the fandom, I do not have the time I used to. I however am still friendly to approach for conversation, advice, and to ask me to be involved in art collabs like the anniversary art collab I was in this year.
That being said, I will also dabble in original concepts in my other blog, including ocs that were seen before like Malifer (now renamed as Nobody) and a comic series in the process of slowly being produced.
That is all for now, see ya!
Itsquakey/Chickenhoops.

oooo how would professor ellie be and helping reader deal with baby brain??
Headcannons: professor!ellie williams x reader
masterlist
professor ellie masterlist
☆ Ellie immediately noticed the baby brain getting worse after Arnold’s birth—when you tried to warm up formula in the freezer.
☆ She didn’t laugh. She just kissed your forehead and said, “Okay, we’re labeling the appliances now.”
☆ She actually made laminated, color-coded labels for everything in the kitchen, even labeling the fridge "cold mama box."
☆ Ellie started carrying around a mini notepad just for you—so whenever you said “remind me to…” she’d jot it down, rip it out, and stick it to the fridge later.
☆ She downloaded four different baby apps on her phone and synced them to yours “just in case you forget the login.”
☆ Ellie started doing all the grocery shopping herself. She says it’s because she “doesn’t trust you not to come home with twelve cucumbers and no wipes.”
☆ She leaves sticky notes in the most random places—on your hairbrush, your favorite mug, your side of the mirror—saying things like:
“Brush hair, drink water, kiss your genius wife.”
☆ If you forget what day it is, she’ll tease you with, “It’s Monday, babe. I teach. You nurse. Aurora bosses everyone around. Classic schedule.”
☆ Ellie took over organizing Aurora’s school things and Arnold’s paediatric appointments without telling you—just quietly made herself the admin on everything.
☆ She keeps emergency snacks in her desk drawer for you. They’re labelled: “Reader’s sanity bites.”
☆ When you forgot your phone at home for the third time in a week, Ellie drove back from campus during her break just to give it to you—with a protein bar and a coffee.
☆ She never scolds or sighs—she just wraps you in her arms and says, “We made a whole human. You’re allowed to forget what the stove is.”
☆ Ellie started handwriting a “day summary” in a little journal next to your bed. Just a few lines like:
“Aurora told her class you invented apples. Arnold tried to poop on me. I love you.”
☆ She began calling reminders out loud like an AI assistant. “Hey babe! You were going to fold the laundry! Or…was that past-you’s mistake?”
☆ Ellie bought you matching necklaces engraved with the kids’ initials—"A & A"—because she knew you’d keep misplacing the baby bag.
☆ When you cried over losing your car keys (which were in your hand), she cradled your face and whispered, “I’d forget my own name if you weren’t around to moan it.”
☆ She started calling baby brain “Mama PhD syndrome”—so it felt less like a flaw and more like some grand cosmic achievement.
☆ Ellie writes little affirmations in your notebooks like:
“You made Aurora. You made Arnold. You are literal magic. I’ll remember everything else for us.”
☆ She never lets you apologize for being forgetful. “You pushed out a kid and made milk. My brain would have exploded.”
☆ Ellie sometimes wears a pin on her cardigan that says: “Ask me about my sleep-deprived wife.”
☆ She draws stick figure comics of your day—like the time you put a diaper on backwards—just to make you laugh.
☆ She once caught you putting a bottle in the dryer and quietly walked over, replaced it with laundry, and kissed your cheek like it was completely normal.
☆ Ellie created a shared “baby survival” spreadsheet. Color-coded. With tabs like “Did I eat today?” and “Arnold’s poop log.”
☆ When you forget to eat, she sits you down on her lap, feeds you bites of toast like she’s the professor of nourishment.
☆ Ellie calls you “mama genius” ironically when you do silly things like put your keys in the fridge—always with a teasing grin and a soft kiss.
☆ She puts tiny hearts next to your to-do list items, especially the ones you keep forgetting. “Drink water, mama. For me.”
☆ Ellie started carrying a spare pacifier in her jacket pocket “just in case you forget his again—no shade.”
☆ She lets Aurora scold you gently. “Mama, you put Daddy’s lunch in the diaper pail again.” Ellie’s behind her, trying not to laugh.
☆ When you space out during a conversation, she touches your wrist gently and says, “Hey, come back to me, space cadet.”
☆ Ellie plays memory games with you—not to fix anything, but just to be close to you. “Okay, five things you touched in the last ten minutes. Go.”
☆ She started organizing your makeup by use frequency and labeled the drawers: “Stuff for when you care,” “Stuff for five-minute glam,” and “You’re hot no matter what.”
☆ Ellie bought you memory supplements and stuck them inside a chocolate bar wrapper so you’d actually take them.
☆ She made a “baby brain emergency” bag with chapstick, mints, cash, wipes, and a picture of the kids. It’s in her office.
☆ When you forgot where you parked, Ellie just quietly activated her phone tracker on your location and found you without judgment.
☆ Ellie installed a key tracker app and pretends it’s because she loses things too. (She doesn’t.)
☆ When you forgot to pack a bottle and panicked, Ellie offered you her office coffee mug. “It’s clean. It’s desperate times.”
☆ She started a bedtime routine where she lists all the things you did remember today. Even if it’s just: “You kissed Arnold. You said ‘I love you.’ You were patient.”
☆ Ellie kisses the inside of your wrist when you say “I’m sorry, I’m just so dumb lately.” She says, “You’re exhausted, not dumb. You’re brilliant. You’re mine.”
☆ She taught Aurora to give you a kiss when you look overwhelmed. “Kiss Mama’s forehead. That’s the reboot button.”
☆ Ellie wrote a journal titled “Things Reader Forgot That Made Me Love Her More.”
☆ When you forgot your coffee on top of the car and drove off, Ellie bought you a spill-proof cup and wrote “Reader’s Lifeline” on it in Sharpie.
☆ She sets gentle alarms on your phone named “You deserve a break” or “Stretch & hydrate, my love.”
☆ Ellie started doing baby signs with Arnold early so he could "help remind Mama" when he's hungry or needs a change.
☆ She learned how to tie your shoes one-handed for when you were holding Arnold and couldn’t bend down.
☆ Ellie whispers soft reminders into your neck when hugging you:
“Keys in your purse. Phone’s on the charger. You’re not alone in this.”
☆ She makes “proud of you” playlists for when you make it through the day without crying or forgetting Aurora’s lunch.
☆ Ellie sets the GPS for you automatically, even if it’s just to the grocery store. “Not because you can’t, but so you don’t have to.”
☆ She bakes your favorite muffins with little paper flags stuck in them that say things like: “Hot mom fuel” or “Memory boost: unlocked.”
☆ When you forgot your name at the pediatrician (true story), Ellie just smirked and said, “This is my wife. She's magic, just momentarily unplugged.”
☆ She always rubs your back in the kitchen when you’re staring at nothing. “Baby brain’s a bitch, huh? Good thing I’m here.”
☆ Ellie added an extra whiteboard in the hallway just for “Mama Notes” where she writes reminders, love notes, and cute drawings.
☆ She refuses to let you feel embarrassed around her. “You can forget everything but I’ll always remember who you are to me.”
☆ Ellie got Aurora to memorize your morning routine so she can bossily direct you through it. “Mama, brush your teeth. No, your toothbrush.”
☆ She bought you a necklace with Arnold’s birthstone and said, “Now you don’t have to remember. It’s always with you.”
☆ When you forgot to change out of your pajama top before going out, she just handed you a hoodie and winked. “Still hot.”
☆ Ellie created a memory jar labeled “Things You Did Right This Week.” She puts in notes when you’re asleep.
☆ She holds your hand tighter when she feels you spiraling. “One thing at a time, babe. Just one.”
☆ Ellie started sending you gentle check-in texts:
“Hey, love. Did you eat? Hydrate? Breathe?”
☆ She gives you small tasks, like folding a single onesie, and celebrates like you just aced an exam. “Ten outta ten, Professor Mama.”
☆ Ellie learned how to braid your hair so she can do it for you when you forget or don’t have the energy.
☆ When you accidentally called Aurora “Ellie,” she just laughed and said, “We’re both obsessed with you, so it tracks.”
☆ She bought you new glasses because she said, “You keep misplacing your brain, let’s at least help your eyes.”
☆ Ellie whispers “I got you” into your temple when you’re lost in a fog, grounding you like it’s instinct.
☆ She bought a wall calendar just to put gold stars on it for every good day you had. Even if it’s just “didn’t cry before 10am.”
☆ Ellie encourages you to nap and will lie beside you, watching over you like you’re the rarest research specimen she’s ever found.
☆ She plays memory-based games with Aurora and invites you to join, saying, “Let’s all forget things together.”
☆ When you forgot your name again, she just kissed your hand and said, “Doesn’t matter. You’re mine.”
☆ Ellie started carrying around a mini photo album of you and the kids and hands it to you when you feel overwhelmed. “Proof you’re doing it. All of it.”
☆ She gives you forehead kisses more often than usual—because she says it helps "charge your RAM."
☆ Most of all, Ellie never makes you feel like your forgetfulness is a burden. She makes it feel like just another part of loving and learning each other—just another thing she remembers how to hold, so you don’t have to.

Sinners as programs:
Yi Sang – Cortana/Siri/similar “AI”-that-follows-specific-rules programs. I don’t think poetry generators exist.
Faust – Any calculator game. Look. I love girlfail Faust as much as the next person, but she would be a calculator.
Don Quixote – Shimeji. Ok that’s the post.
Ryoshu – Either comedic malware like Reisenware, actual malware, or mspaint.
Meursault – Windows explorer/non-windows equivalent. He is your file explorer.
Hong Lu – Any digital pet, OR he is a collection of PNGs kept solely on your second monitor for a digital pet rock. I don’t know how to explain this one.
Heathcliff – It’d be far too easy (and a misinterpretation) to go with the malware route. Heathcliff has game engine energy and I am specifically referring to Ren’Py. he’s a Visual Novel engine.
Ishmael – Ishmael is specifically placid plastic duck simulator. No, but actually, Ishmael is any casual game like stardew valley or minecraft. she is never subnautica.
Rodya – Rodya is one of those email websites that boomers adore ❤️ /pos
Sinclair – Sinclair is a book library, like a kindle fire type thing.
Dante – Too easy to say a clock. Dante is an emulator.
Outis – Too easy to say a Trojan virus. She’s honestly a scheduling app.
Gregor – Again, far too easy to say malware (because bugs, get it? I’ll see myself out). He’s notepad.
Bonus:
Charon – An email that glitched out and was sent in like 1786 or whatever the earliest year a computer can claim
Vergilius – Far too easy to say tasque task manager. He’s an antivirus. Scares the viruses into not doing that shit.
Erlking(?) Heathcliff – Yeah he’s malware. He infects your computer, and spreads to other computers.
#Apparently Charon is an adult due to lore stuff. I refuse to believe this girl is anything older than specifically 14.#not saying she’s “minor coded” but Charon is a child to me. idk if I’m just not understanding her character correctly#but to me she reads as a kid#<- for reference ironically I remember an early limbus drama of people who had Don as a waifu since people thought she was underage.#and like. ironic ***now*** but to be fair I do understand it. but also consider: girls just got the tism (I do too)#evora original#limbus stuff#canto 6 spoilers#literally only exists bc I was gonna make a joke that Don is a shimeji innately but my brain went “do all of them!!” so now I gotta#limbus company#yi sang#Yi sang lcb#faust lcb#don quixote lcb#ryoshu lcb#meursault lcb#hong lu lcb#hong lu#Heathcliff lcb#ishmael lcb#rodya lcb#rodion lcb#sinclair lcb#emil sinclair#emil sinclair lcb#dante lcb#outis lcb#gregor lcb#charon lcb#vergilius lcb

If you’re intent on using tools like ChatGPT to write, I’m probably not going to be able to convince you not to. I do, however, want to say one thing, which is that you have absolutely nothing to gain from doing so.
A book that has been generated by something like ChatGPT will never be the same as a book that has actually been written by a person, for one key reason; ChatGPT doesn’t actually write.
A writer is deliberate; They plot events in the order that they have determined is best for the story, place the introduction of certain elements and characters where it would be most beneficial, and add symbolism and metaphors throughout their work.
The choices the author makes is what creates the book; It would not exist without deliberate actions taken over a long period of thinking and planning. Everything that’s in a book is there because the author put it there.
ChatGPT is almost the complete opposite to this. Despite what many people believe, humanity hasn’t technically invented Artificial Intelligence yet; ChatGPT and similar models don’t think like humans do.
ChatGPT works by scraping the internet to see what other people and sources have to say on a given topic. If you ask it a question, there’s not only a good chance it will give you the wrong answer, but that you’ll get a hilariously wrong answer; These occurrences are due to the model pulling from sources like Reddit and other social media, often from comments meant as jokes, and incorporating them into its database of knowledge.
(A major example of this is Google’s new “AI Overview” feature; Look up responses and you’ll see the infamous machine telling you to add glue to your pizza, eat rocks, and jump off the Golden Gate Bridge if you’re feeling suicidal)
Anything “written” by ChatGPT, for example, would be cobbled together from multiple different sources, a good portion of which would probably conflict with one another; If all you’re telling the language model to do is “write me a book about [x]”, it’s going to pull from a variety of different novels and put together what it has determined makes a good book.
Have you ever read a book that you thought felt clunky at times, and later found out that it had multiple different authors? That’s the best comparison I can make here; A novel “written” by a language model like ChatGPT would resemble a novel cowritten by a large group of people who didn’t adequately communicate with one another, with the “authors” in this case being multiple different works that were never meant to be stitched together.
So, what do you get in the end? A not-very-good, clunky novel that you yourself had no hand in making beyond the base idea. What exactly do you have to gain from this? You didn’t get any practice as a writer (To do that, you would have to have actually written something), and you didn’t get a very good book, either.
Writing a book is hard. It’s especially hard when you’re new to the craft, or have a busy schedule, or don’t even know what it is you want to write. But it’s incredibly rewarding, too.
I like to think of writing as a reflection of the writer; By writing, we reveal things about ourselves that we often don’t even understand or realize. You can tell a surprising amount about a person based on their work; I fail to see what you could realize about a prompter when reading a GPT-generated novel besides what works it pulled from.
If you really want to use ChatGPT to generate your novel for you, then I can’t stop you. But by doing so, you’re losing out on a lot; You’re also probably losing out on what could be an amazing novel if you would actually take the time to write it yourself.
Delete the app and add another writer to the world; You have nothing to lose.

How They Met You
Crocodile the famous jewelry CEO who had tons of beautiful jewelry stores but also some shady businesses away from the public eye. Crocodile maintains a perfect image for his jewelry business. But it was getting to the point that a famous jewelry business and a shady side business is becoming hard to maintain which was leading to Crocodile’s perfect image having some cracks, so that’s when Crocodile took Mihawk’s suggestion and tried to hire a personal assistant but it wasn’t only for his jewelry business but also for the darker side of business, so he wasn’t just looking for someone who was hardworking but someone who could stomach and remain calm when witnessing death and bloodshed. Crocodile had people lined up outside his office for this job. He already sent ten people away. His reason was they looked too fragile or had a snitch energy to them. Crocodile was bored by some of them or annoyed by some of them. “ Can you handle cigar smoke? “ He asked. “ How good are you at caring for Crocodiles? “ He asked. “ You aren’t squamish are you? “ He would ask. Crocodile was at the end of his ropes. None of the people who were applying for the position blew him away or looked right, he was about to give up and just find an AI app to be his PA. But when you were the last one to walk into Crocodile’s office and take a seat, it seemed your energy made Crocodile sit up, but at the sametime energy wasn’t going to make Crocodile think he found the right assistant. When Crocodile told you to tell him about yourself, you spoke clearly without hesitation or stumbling over your words, you didn’t give meaningless stories or brag about achievements. You told him your strengths and weaknesses. And he was impressed that you did indeed have knowledge and proper care on crocodile’s.
When Crocodile discussed the darker part of his business, you were unfazed and simply told him that as long as he paid you and promised what was provided as a PA then you would be by his side. “ Say if we got arrested and the police told you that if you air out all my dirty laundry they would let you walk free, would you do it? “ He asked, sitting up in his seat, his golden fingers from his prosthetic hand tapped against the desk. “ It’s both our laundry, I’m here for a job and when I do get the job my laundry is bound to get mixed up with your laundry so matter what we have to wash each others’ laundry to avoid getting it aired out to the public eye. “ You stared at him with fierce determination. This wasn’t a if you get the job, no you knew that this job was going to be yours. Crocodile barked with laughter as he grabbed a cigar from his top desk drawer and lit it. The sweet smell of tobacco fills the air as Crocodile takes a gentle drag, the smoke swirling around him as he exhales. He takes a moment to savor the flavor along with your response, the embers of the cigar glowing as he brings it to his lips again and takes another puff. “ You got the job welcome aboard, you start tomorrow. “ Crocodile extended his hand for you to shake. “ I’ll be here on time, thank you. I look forward to working with you. “ You smiled. Crocodile began discussing both sides of the business with you, and what it meant to be his personal assistant. When you left, Crocodile sat back replaying the memories of your guys' discussion and how you carried yourself - He was glad that he took Mihawk’s suggestion.
Meeting Again
You were here on time like you told Crocodile he introduced you to his team and gave you a tour around the building. After the tour ended he showed you to your desk. “ Feel free to decorate it however you want plants, pictures of family, or whatever nicknacks you to place. “ Crocodile leaned against the desk as he watched you get settled in. It seemed like you already began placing your nicknacks and comforts to your desk area. Gave you his schedule along with a company keycard before walking away, wanting you to get set up in peace before he gave you some work. Weeks rolled by and Crocodile was becoming more and more impressed with how hard working you were. And kept his public image clean and made the public see him as the clean and fashionable businessman. Whenever there was a mess you would clean it up, you even managed to let Crocodile beware of certain rats in the business to which Crocodile took care of those planning to betray him. Day by day and week by week, Crocodile was finding himself becoming closer towards you, but whenever he tried to flirt with you, you would brush him aside or pretend that you weren’t listening. You didn’t let anything distract you from work, especially your boss. Crocodile would sometimes leave little gifts on your desk, telling you it’s a thank you for how hard you’ve been working. Some of your co-workers noticed the special treatment you were getting from Crocodile. Which leads them to making certain comments about you and saying how you only got this job because of your looks, but you didn’t let those comments bother you. You were here to do a job not to listen to idle gossip, but a part of you couldn’t deny a part of you did enjoy the special treatment from Crocodile. It was better than your last job and how shitty your job was along with the pay.
Crocodile continued trying to pursue even you asking on a date, like always you would ignore him or pretend you didn’t hear him, but while washing Crocodile’s pet Crocodile named Nile, he asked you on a date. “ Come on, I’ll take you to the finest restaurant and pay for everything. If you don’t have an outfit, I’ll buy you one. I'll make this a night you’ll never forget. “ Crocodile watched as you washed Nile before looking at him. “ Sure, I’ll go on a date with you but don’t expect anything else, this is just a date. “ You said as you kissed Nile on the head, the little Nile had become your little baby. “ You won’t regret this day, I can promise you that I’ll pick you up at 8pm tomorrow. “ Crocodile walked away leaving you to Nile. You looked at the pet crocodile and smiled. “ Your daddy will have to do a lot to impress me. “ You kissed Nile on the head before walking away to feed him.
The Date
Crocodile spent hours in front of the mirror fixing himself up making sure that he looked presentable from head to toe. He even had to call Robin to make sure that he looked, even asking for advice. Robin found this date laughable thinking Crocodile might screw it up but regardless she did help him and told him what not to do. Robin already knew you from your time working with Crocodile and still didn’t understand why you agreed to go on a date with Crocodile, but she wanted to see how this would go. Once Crocodile was positive that he looked good for the date tonight. He didn’t want to be late he grabbed a small black box off his nightstand a gift he planned to give on the date, he left his home to go pick you up, Crocodile went all out for this date so he hoped in the car that you would appreciate every aspect of this date, when you left your home and locked the door behind you. As you approached Crocodile’s car he thought you looked. He thought you looked stunning, absolutely gorgeous. Dressed up for a special night out. How ravishing he mumbled softly as you were about to open the door. “ Now hold on. “ Crocodile said as he unbuckled his seat belt and quickly got out of the car and walked over, opening the door for you. “ My mama taught me manners, she always told me if you take someone out on a date they shouldn’t have to lift a finger. This isn’t work for tonight. I'm your personal assistant. “ Crocodile said with a grin.
Now Robin warned you about Crocodile’s track record with “dating” but it seemed like Crocodile was trying to make a new record, a clean one. You got into the car and put on your seat belt once Crocodile was back in the driver seat, he saw how you admired his car. “ Tomorrow I’ll let you drive it, you can drive us to work. “ Crocodile drove down the road he couldn’t lie, a part of him was nervous, Crocodile knew it himself that he didn’t have the greatest track record when dating, a lot of his exes would consider him distant, cruel, money hungry, and self-centered. Even Robin had called him out on his behaviour but he would brush it off since he believed he was unstoppable but for tonight and the near future he was hoping things would work out with you.
When arriving at the restaurant Crocodile helped you out of the car and offered his arm for you to hold, the two of you entered the restaurant. You noticed it was empty for a popular fancy restaurant. You thought this place would be packed like a can of sardines. Crocodile could see your confusion and chuckled. “ I rented out the place for us. If you got the money, it’s best you use it for things like this. The place is ours for the entire night. We can eat anywhere we want and you my dear can order anything you want off the menu. “ Crocodile lead you upstairs to the restaurant. The outside had a beautiful view of the One Piece City, the lights and stars, Crocodile pulled out your seat and once you sat, he pushed you up a bit before taking his seat. On queue the waiter came up with menus and introduced himself as music played in the back. You and Crocodile ordered your drinks and meal after that the two of you chatted waiting for your meal, after eating and drinking. Crocodile got up and asked you to dance. When you agreed the two of you got up to slow dance, he pulled you close, his hands rested on your back.He smelled earthy and warm spices, a woodsy note like patchouli and cinnamon. When the date ended Crocodile drove you home and thanked you for an amazing night, he walked you to your door but before he left he gave you the small black box. “ Goodnight {Reader}. “ Crocodile said, kissing your hand as he left, leaving the rest of your night to you.
What’s It Like Dating Him
Crocodile didn’t like the fact of his partner working for him so respectfully and of course you agreed, you stepped down from being his personal assistant. Crocodile wanted to take care of you so he moved you in with him and would spoil you with gifts, trips, and vacations. Crocodile would try to balance work and his relationship with you, so whenever he saw that work was getting too much. He would call for a vacation far away from One Piece City to be with you, most vacations were on his private island. Just you, him, and Nile. Crocodile didn’t let anyone talk bad about you, but he also didn’t let anyone sweet talk you. When a new agent joined the business, this agent thought he could get away with flirting with you despite knowing the rule. He thought he was smarter than the Crocodile, but when Crocodile noticed this he thought it was time to let this agent go. So one day when Crocodile called this agent into his office and told you to leave, you got up from the couch where you were reading from and left, the agent watching as you left a sick smile on his face. When the door closed you could already hear the screams and wails of pain the blood-curdling screams, an agent heading towards Crocodile’s office stopped in her tracks with her partner and said nope as they quickly turned around and left.
Once the screaming stopped you took that as a sign and walked back into the office as you saw Crocodile removing his bloody golden hook and put back on his golden prosthetic hand on, you didn’t care for the dead agent as you stepped over his dead body and walked over to Crocodile, you leaned down to kiss his cheek. He quickly grabbed your waist and pulled you into his lap. “ Sometimes these idiots make me want to keep you at home, since some of them believe they can have what I already have despite the warning. “ Crocodile rested his head against your chest sighing as you ran your fingers through his hair knowing your touch calmed him down. You whisper sweet nothings into his ear letting him listen to your heart beat, once he was calm down you helped him dispose of the agent’s dead body. Crocodile kept his word, he never hurt you or made you doubt his love for him, everyday he continued to show his love for you, Robin was surprised by this but also proud of him.
